本アプリ自体は、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などの個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録も不要です。ただし、広告表示のために外部の広告配信サービスを利用しており、その中で端末に関する技術的な情報が扱われることがあります。詳しくは次の「広告について」をご覧ください。
本アプリは、無料でご利用いただくために、Google社が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を使用して広告を表示しています。AdMobは、広告の配信・不正防止・利用状況の把握のために、端末の識別情報、おおよその位置情報、広告の表示・タップの履歴などの技術的な情報を取得することがあります。
iPhoneでは、Apple社の「App Tracking Transparency」の仕組みにより、他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだ広告のための追跡(トラッキング)を許可するかどうかを、最初にお尋ねします。
どちらを選んでも、作成したメモ・写真・手書きの内容が広告に使われたり、AdMobに送られたりすることはありません。許可するかどうかは、あとからiPhoneの「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」でいつでも変更できます。

作成したフォルダ・メモ・チェックリスト・写真・手書きの内容は、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。インターネットを介したサーバーへの送信は行われません。開発者を含め、ユーザー以外の誰も、メモの内容を見ることはできません。
本アプリは、次の機能について、端末に許可を求めることがあります。
設定画面の「バックアップ」機能を使うと、保存されているデータをまとめた1つのファイル(zip形式、任意でパスワード保護)を作成できます。
また、フォルダの「共有」機能を使うと、そのフォルダの中のメモ・写真・手書きの内容をまとめた1つのファイルを作成し、AirDropやメッセージアプリなどで、ほかの人に送ることができます。受け取った人は、そのファイルを本アプリで開いて、フォルダとして追加できます。
これらのファイルは、ユーザー自身が「共有」または「保存」の操作をして初めて端末の外に出ます。本アプリが自動的にどこかへ送信することはありません。作成したファイルの管理・保管や、送る相手の選択は、ユーザー自身の責任で行ってください。共有したファイルの中身は、送った相手の端末にもコピーとして残ります。
本アプリ自体は個人情報を収集しません。ただし、広告表示のためにGoogle AdMobを使用しているため、お子様が利用される場合は、保護者の方が本ポリシー(特に「広告について」)の内容を事前にご確認いただくことをおすすめします。本アプリは子どもを主な対象として作られたものではありません。
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やアプリの機能追加に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、このページ上の「最終更新日」を更新してお知らせします。

The app itself collects no personal information — no name, email address, or location. No account or sign-up is required. It does use a third-party service to show ads, which handles some technical device information; see "Advertising" below.
To keep the app free, it shows ads using Google's ad service, Google AdMob. AdMob may collect technical information such as a device identifier, approximate location, and ad impression/click history, in order to deliver ads, prevent fraud, and measure usage.
On iPhone, the app first asks — through Apple's App Tracking Transparency — whether you allow tracking for ads across apps and websites owned by other companies.
Either way, the notes, photos, and drawings you create are never used for ads or sent to AdMob. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your iPhone.

Every folder, note, checklist, photo, and handwritten drawing you create is stored only on your device. Nothing is transmitted to a server over the internet. No one — including the developer — can see the contents of your notes.
The app may ask permission to use the following device features:
The "Backup" feature in Settings creates a single file (a zip archive, optionally password-protected) containing your data.
The "Share" feature for a folder creates a single file containing the notes, photos, and drawings in that folder, which you can send to other people via AirDrop, a messaging app, and so on. The recipient can open the file in the app and add it as a folder.
These files leave your device only when you explicitly choose to share or save them — the app never uploads anything on its own. Keeping the files you create safe, and choosing who you send them to, is your responsibility. A copy of a shared file's contents remains on the recipient's device.
The app itself collects no personal information. However, because it uses Google AdMob to show ads, if a child will be using the app, a parent or guardian should review this policy (particularly the "Advertising" section) beforehand. The app is not primarily directed at children.
This policy may be updated to reflect legal requirements or new app features. Any significant change will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
