01収集する情報

本アプリ自体は、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などの個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録も不要です。ただし、広告表示のために外部の広告配信サービスを利用しており、その中で端末に関する技術的な情報が扱われることがあります。詳しくは「広告について」をご覧ください。

02健康に関する記録の取り扱い

本アプリで記録した体調・症状・お薬・通院・検査・医療費・計測の値・問診情報・写真・家族の記録などは、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。インターネットを介したサーバーへの送信は行われず、開発者を含め、ユーザー以外の誰も記録の内容を見ることはできません。

03広告について

本アプリは、無料でご利用いただくために、Google社が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を使用して広告を表示しています。AdMobは、広告の配信・不正防止・利用状況の把握のために、端末の識別情報(広告識別子)、おおよその位置情報、広告の表示・タップの履歴などの技術的な情報を取得することがあります。

本アプリは、Apple社の「App Tracking Transparency」の仕組みにより、他社のアプリやWebサイトをまたいだトラッキングの許可を、初回にお尋ねします。許可した場合は、興味・関心に合わせた広告が表示されやすくなります。許可しない場合は、広告識別子は使われず、一般的な広告が表示されます。どちらを選んでも、アプリの機能はすべてご利用いただけます。

この設定は、iPhoneの「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」から、いつでも変更できます。

欧州経済領域(EEA)・英国・スイスなど、法令により同意が必要な地域では、Google社の同意管理の仕組みにより、広告のためのデータの利用について、初回に同意をお尋ねします。同意の内容は、アプリの設定画面の「広告のプライバシー設定」から、いつでも変更できます。

04端末の機能へのアクセス

本アプリは、次の機能について、端末に許可を求めることがあります。いずれも、記載の目的以外には使用しません。

• Face ID / Touch ID / パスコード — 設定画面の「アプリのロック」をオンにした場合にのみ使用します。認証はApple社が提供する端末の仕組みの中で完結しており、顔や指紋の情報そのものを本アプリが見ることはできません。
• カメラ — 記録や家族のアイコンに載せる写真を撮るときにのみ使用します。
• 写真ライブラリ — 記録や家族のアイコンに載せる写真を選ぶとき、および、記録に載せた写真をカメラロールに保存するときにのみ使用します。選んだ写真は本アプリの保存領域に取り込み、ライブラリを継続的に参照することはありません。
• ヘルスケア(iPhone) — 設定画面の「ヘルスケアから読み込む」を使ったときにのみ、Apple社の「ヘルスケア」アプリの体重・体温・血圧・睡眠・月経・基礎体温・一部の症状の記録を読み取り、本アプリの記録に取り込みます。読み取った情報は端末内にのみ保存され、外部への送信、広告の配信や広告の対象選び、第三者への提供には一切使用しません。本アプリから「ヘルスケア」に書き込むことはありません。読み取りの許可は、iPhoneの「設定」→「ヘルスケア」→「データアクセスとデバイス」から、いつでも変更できます。
• 通知 — お薬のアラームや「やること」のお知らせに使用します。お知らせは端末の中で予約され、外部に送信されることはありません。ロック画面の通知に薬の名前を出さないよう、設定で変更することもできます。

05バックアップについて

設定画面の「バックアップを作る」を使うと、家族全員の記録と写真をまとめた1つのファイル(zip形式)を作成できます。このファイルには健康に関する記録が含まれます。

作成するときに、任意でパスワードを設定できます。パスワードを設定すると、ファイルの中身はAES-256方式で暗号化され、そのパスワードがなければ中身を見ることも、バックアップから戻すこともできません。パスワードは端末にも開発者にも保存されないため、忘れた場合は再発行できません。

06データの削除

記録は、アプリの画面からいつでも削除できます。また、本アプリを端末から削除すると、端末内に保存されたすべての記録と写真も削除されます。削除したデータは元に戻せないため、必要に応じて事前にバックアップを作成してください。

07子どものプライバシー

本アプリ自体は個人情報を収集しません。ただし、広告表示のためにGoogle AdMobを使用しているため、お子様が利用される場合は、保護者の方が本ポリシー(特に「広告について」)の内容を事前にご確認ください。本アプリは子どもを主な対象として作られたものではありません。

08ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やアプリの機能追加に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、このページ上の「最終更新日」を更新してお知らせします。

01Information we collect

The app itself collects no personal information — no name, email address, or location. No account or sign-up is required. It does use a third-party service to show ads, which handles some technical device information; see "Advertising" below.

02Your health records

Everything you record in the app — conditions and symptoms, medicines, hospital visits, examinations, medical costs, measurements, medical history, photos, and your family members’ records — is stored only on your device. Nothing is transmitted to a server over the internet, and no one, including the developer, can see your records.

03Advertising

To keep the app free, it shows ads using Google’s ad service, Google AdMob. AdMob may collect technical information such as a device identifier (advertising identifier), approximate location, and ad impression/click history, in order to deliver ads, prevent fraud, and measure usage.

On first use, the app asks for your permission to track activity across other companies’ apps and websites, using Apple’s App Tracking Transparency. If you allow it, ads are more likely to match your interests. If you don’t, the advertising identifier is not used and general ads are shown. Either way, every feature of the app remains available.

You can change this at any time in the iPhone Settings app under Privacy & Security → Tracking.

In regions where consent is required by law, such as the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent to the use of data for advertising on first use, through Google’s consent management platform. You can change your choices at any time from "Ad privacy settings" in the app’s Settings.

04Access to device features

The app may ask permission to use the following device features, only for the purposes described:

• Face ID / Touch ID / passcode — used only if you turn on "App Lock" in Settings. Authentication happens entirely within Apple’s own system; the app never has access to your face or fingerprint data.
• Camera — used only to take a photo to attach to a record or to use as a family member’s icon.
• Photo library — used only to pick a photo for a record or a family member’s icon, and to save a record’s photo to your camera roll when you ask. Picked photos are copied into the app’s own storage; the app does not continue to browse your library.
• Health (iPhone) — used only when you choose "Import from Health" in Settings. The app reads your weight, body temperature, blood pressure, sleep, menstrual flow, basal body temperature, and some symptom records from Apple’s Health app and adds them to your records in the app. This information is stored only on your device, and is never sent anywhere, used for advertising or ad targeting, or shared with any third party. The app never writes anything to Health. You can change read access at any time in the iPhone Settings app under Health → Data Access & Devices.
• Notifications — used for medicine alarms and to-do reminders. Reminders are scheduled on your device and are never sent anywhere. You can choose in Settings to hide medicine names on the lock screen.

05Backups

"Create backup" in Settings makes a single file (a zip archive) containing all family members’ records and photos. This file contains health information.

You can optionally set a password when creating it. With a password, the contents are encrypted with AES-256, and without that password no one can view the contents or restore from the backup. The password is not stored on your device or by the developer, so it cannot be recovered if you forget it.

06Deleting your data

You can delete records at any time from within the app. Deleting the app from your device also deletes every record and photo stored on it. Deleted data cannot be recovered, so please create a backup beforehand if needed.

07Children’s privacy

The app itself collects no personal information. However, because it uses Google AdMob to show ads, if a child will be using the app, a parent or guardian should review this policy (particularly the "Advertising" section) beforehand. The app is not primarily directed at children.

08Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect legal requirements or new app features. Any significant change will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
